The day a Da Capo fan felt slightly relieved.

You’ve got to be kidding me.
Episode: Da Capo II – 12
Flavor: Sour
Monday… went to NicoNico… watched Da Capo’s lastest episode… another mediocre Minatsu one. Not only mediocre, but just plain stupid. First all the students were like “oh noes a robot, go away!!”, then Minatsu saves this kid from getting hit by a car and now everybody starts praising her. Huh? Aren’t you guys forgetting about the driver who caused the accident? And why are they expelling Minatsu from school? WTF This simply doesn’t make sense.
Then, after being absent for the whole episode, Koko shows up and f-i-n-a-l-l-y decides to break up with Yoshiyuki YAY… wait, what? Doesn’t that mean the hero will end alone since next week is the last episode? Bad end?!

…
No, not really. It hasn’t been officially announced, but a second season for DC II is more-or-less confirmed. A second half, huh? That’d mean less Koko and Minatsu (since their story arcs were kind of covered on the first half) and more focus on Nanaka, Anzu and Otome (oh, and Yume)…! Now I feel somewhat relieved.
Of course, that doesn’t change the fact that the first season of this show was total crap, and I’m still angry at them for fooling us Da Capo II noobs into thinking this was just going to be 13 episodes long. But the first half of the original DC wasn’t that good either… and what are supposed to be the weakest arcs from the game have already been shown, so I’m giving Feel a second chance.
Make me change my opinion on Yume, let Otome end with Sakurai in the end and give me all that shisucon drama and sakura tree-related stuff that was missing on the first season, and I’ll be happy.
